Scott Hughes

Chief Pilot

Scott has been a corporate pilot and a flight instructor for over 30 years. He has diverse experience serving as the chief pilot for several large part 141 schools. Scott has a passion for aviation instruction and helping others pursue their flying dreams in the most safe and efficient manner.

Megan Rider

Head of Curriculum Development

Megan has been flying since early 2012 when she received her bachelor’s degree in Aviation. She currently focuses on curriculum and content development as well as staying active as a CFI. Megan is also working towards completing her A&P mechanic’s license.

Andy Littlefield

Director of Operations

Andy’s interest in flying was sparked while working at the San Diego FAA FSDO where he was exposed to various aspects of aviation. This eventually led him to become a flight instructor in early 2019. Currently, Andy flies for a San Diego based charter company, as well as continues to instruct. Andy oversees Caliber’s operations and business development.
